Understand Your POV,
Change Your Direction

Your POV is where you are right now- how you’re feeling, what you’re experiencing, and the patterns that may be keeping you unfulfilled.

Wherever you are, there are reasons why you got there. Depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and relationship struggles are often rooted in past experiences and the ways you have learned to cope. Some patterns develop outside your awareness. When you understand how they developed and what purpose they served, they begin to make sense, and only then can they be changed.

Recognizing and changing these patterns can be difficult on your own. At POVPIVOT, our Intensive Outpatient Program offers support and tools to help you understand what brought you to your current POV. You will learn new ways of responding. This is where the PIVOT begins.

Together, we move away from patterns that no longer serve you- that may be causing you pain- and toward a better way of living.

To Help You Pivot We Will Prioritize The Following:

Exploration

of what has happened to get you to where you are.

Discovery

of the personal strengths and resources that you have not been using, known how to access, or maybe didn’t even know you had.

Support

in a caring, non-judgmental, educational and professional environment.

Wherever You Are,
There’s A Way Forward

At POVPIVOT, we’ve brought together years of psychotherapy experience to build a program that gives you real personal attention, grounded in evidence-based theories and techniques. Because we’re independent of any large hospital system, we have the freedom to shape our curriculum around who you are and what you need.

All of our sessions are held online, and every intensive outpatient program combines group therapy with education. Group work is powerful because it helps you understand yourself on a deeper level. You learn alongside others, in real relationships, which gives you a practice field for real life.
