Rates

Most insurance companies cover Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for behavioral health.   If yours does not, please speak with us to discuss rates.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Each plan is different, and we will need to contact your insurance company to verify coverage. If you prefer, you can also contact them (the number will be on your insurance card) and ask the following questions:

• Do I have behavioral health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per IOP session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Will I need a pre-authorization completed by POVPIVOT?

Scholarships

On occasion we have scholarships available on a very limited basis for those who are currently unable to pay for the program.  Please ask a therapist if there are any available.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for cost not covered by health insurance, including copayments.

Cancellation Policy

Space is limited and if admitted to the program, attendance is mandatory to be able to remain in the program until completion.   If you are unable to attend for emergencies or medical reasons, then we will do our best to work with you.  Otherwise, you will be charged for no shows and cancellations without prior approval.
